How to do the Wrist Extensor Stretch

  1. 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Extend one arm straight out in front of you with the palm facing down.
  3. 3Use your other hand to gently pull the fingers of the extended arm back towards your body.
  4. 4Hold the stretch for a few seconds, feeling the stretch along the top of your forearm.
  5. 5Release and repeat with the other arm.
