How to do the Weighted Seated Neutral Wrist Curl
- 1Sit on a flat bench with your feet flat on the ground.
- 2Hold a weight plate in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
- 3Rest your forearms on your thighs, allowing your wrists to hang over the edge.
- 4Curl your wrists upward, lifting the weight plates.
- 5Slowly lower the weight plates back to the starting position.
