How to do the V-Up Down (w/ Stability Ball)
- 1Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms stretched overhead, holding a stability ball between your feet.
- 2Engage your core and lift your legs and arms simultaneously to form a V shape, bringing the stability ball towards your hands.
- 3Lower your legs and arms back to the starting position while keeping the stability ball between your feet.
- 4Repeat the movement, ensuring to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
