How to do the Pilates Leg Raise (Bent Knee)

  1. 1Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Place your hands by your sides or under your lower back for support.
  3. 3Lift your legs off the ground, keeping your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
  4. 4Raise your legs until your thighs are perpendicular to the floor.
  5. 5Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position without letting your feet touch the ground.
  6. 6Repeat the movement.
