How to do the Forearm Pronator Stretch

  1. 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
  3. 3Rotate your forearm so that your palm faces downward.
  4. 4Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers back towards your body, increasing the stretch in your forearm.
  5. 5Hold the stretch for the desired duration, then switch arms.
