How to do the Dumbbell Reverse Spider Curl
- 1Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle.
- 2Lie face down on the bench with your chest supported and feet firmly on the ground.
- 3Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip.
- 4Extend your arms fully and let the dumbbells hang straight down.
- 5Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms stationary.
- 6Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- 7Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
