How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Seated Neutral Wrist Curl
- 1Sit on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- 2Hold a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip (palm facing inward).
- 3Rest your forearm on your thigh, allowing your wrist to extend over the edge of your knee.
- 4Curl the dumbbell upwards by flexing your wrist.
- 5Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
