  2. 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position.
  3. 3Lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the ground and your back knee is just above the floor.
  4. 4Simultaneously, lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
  5. 5Push through your front heel to return to the starting position while extending your arms back overhead.
  6. 6Repeat with the opposite leg.
