How to do the Dumbbell Bent-over Curl
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight and torso bent over at about a 45-degree angle.
- 3Let your arms hang straight down from your shoulders, palms facing forward.
- 4Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders by bending your elbows.
- 5Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- 6Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
