How to do the Dumbbell Alternate Hammer Strict Curl
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
- 2Keep your elbows close to your torso and your upper arms stationary.
- 3Curl the right dumbbell while keeping the left arm stationary.
- 4Continue to raise the right dumbbell until your bicep is fully contracted and the dumbbell is at shoulder level.
- 5Pause for a moment, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- 6Repeat the movement with the left arm while keeping the right arm stationary.
- 7Alternate between arms for the desired number of repetitions.
