How to do the Barbell Incline Reverse-Grip Spider Curl (w/ Chest Support)
- 1Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and lie face down on it, with your chest supported.
- 2Grip the barbell with a reverse (underhand) grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- 3Let your arms hang straight down, fully extended.
- 4Curl the barbell up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows stationary.
- 5Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- 6Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
