How to do the Walking Lunge
- 1Stand upright with your feet together.
- 2Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee is just above the ground.
- 4Push off with your back foot to bring it forward and step into the next lunge.
- 5Repeat the movement, alternating legs as you walk forward.
