How to do the Stability Ball One-Leg Squat
- 1Place a stability ball between your lower back and a wall.
- 2Stand on one leg with the other leg extended slightly forward.
- 3Lower your body into a squat position, keeping the extended leg off the ground.
- 4Push through the heel of the standing leg to return to the starting position.
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
