How to do the Side Squat
- 1Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
- 2Keep your chest up and your core engaged.
- 3Shift your weight to one side, bending your knee and lowering your hips until your thigh is parallel to the ground.
- 4Keep the opposite leg straight and your feet flat on the ground.
- 5Push through your heel to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat on the other side.
