How to do the Side-lying Hip Adduction

  1. 1Lie on your side with your bottom leg extended and your top leg bent at the knee, placing your foot in front of your bottom leg.
  2. 2Support your upper body with your forearm on the ground.
  3. 3Lift your bottom leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight.
  4. 4Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position.
