How to do the Side-Lying Diagonal Backward Leg Raise
- 1Lie on your side with your lower arm extended straight and your head resting on it.
- 2Bend your lower leg at the knee for stability.
- 3Extend your top leg straight out and slightly backward at a diagonal angle.
- 4Raise your top leg upward and backward, engaging your glutes and hamstrings.
- 5Lower your leg back to the starting position with control.
