How to do the Seated Hip Stretch (w/ Slightly Bent Leg)

  1. 1Sit on the floor with one leg extended straight and the other leg bent at the knee.
  2. 2Place the foot of the bent leg on the outside of the opposite knee.
  3. 3Twist your torso towards the bent knee, using your opposite arm to gently press against the bent knee for a deeper stretch.
