How to do the Reverse Lunge High Knee Forward Lunge

  1. 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2Step backward with your right foot into a reverse lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
  3. 3Push through your left heel to return to standing while bringing your right knee up towards your chest in a high knee position.
  4. 4Immediately step forward with your right foot into a forward lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
  5. 5Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat the movement on the other side.
