How to do the One-Leg Extension (w/ Stability Ball)
- 1Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other leg bent, foot resting on a stability ball.
- 2Place your arms by your sides for support.
- 3Press your foot into the stability ball and lift your hips off the ground, extending your leg fully.
- 4Slowly lower your hips back to the starting position.
- 5Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
