How to do the One-Leg Extension (w/ Stability Ball)

  1. 1Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other leg bent, foot resting on a stability ball.
  2. 2Place your arms by your sides for support.
  3. 3Press your foot into the stability ball and lift your hips off the ground, extending your leg fully.
  4. 4Slowly lower your hips back to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
