How to do the One-Leg Bridge (w/ Outstretched Leg)

  1. 1Lie on your back with one leg bent and the other leg outstretched.
  2. 2Place your arms by your sides for stability.
  3. 3Press through the heel of your bent leg to lift your hips off the ground.
  4. 4Keep your outstretched leg in line with your torso.
