How to do the Medicine Ball Lunge (w/ Biceps Curl)

  1. 1Stand upright holding a medicine ball at chest level.
  2. 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position.
  3. 3Lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
  4. 4Perform a biceps curl by bending your elbows and bringing the medicine ball towards your shoulders.
  5. 5Lower the medicine ball back to chest level.
  6. 6Push back up to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
