How to do the Kettlebell Straight-Leg Deadlift
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your thighs.
- 2Keep your legs straight but not locked, and hinge at the hips to lower the kettlebell towards the ground.
- 3Maintain a flat back and engage your core throughout the movement.
- 4Lower the kettlebell until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
- 5Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward and standing up straight.
