How to do the Kettlebell Standing Bottoms-Up One-Arm Shoulder Press
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Hold a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height with the bottom of the kettlebell facing up.
- 3Press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
- 4Lower the kettlebell back to shoulder height in a controlled manner.
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
