How to do the Kettlebell Single Front Squat
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Hold a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height, with your elbow bent and close to your body.
- 3Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- 4Keep your chest up and your back straight.
- 5Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
