How to do the Kettlebell Ipsilateral Reverse Lunge
- 1Stand upright holding a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height.
- 2Step back with the leg on the same side as the kettlebell, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
- 3Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
- 4Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
