How to do the Front-Back Leg Raise

  1. 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Place your hands on your hips for balance.
  3. 3Lift one leg forward, keeping it straight, until it is parallel to the ground.
  4. 4Lower the leg back to the starting position.
  5. 5Lift the same leg backward, keeping it straight, as far as comfortable.
  6. 6Return the leg to the starting position.
  7. 7Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  8. 8Switch to the other leg and repeat.
