How to do the Elbow-Out Rotator Stretch

  1. 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Extend one arm out in front of you.
  3. 3Bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle so your forearm is parallel to the ground.
  4. 4Use your opposite hand to gently push your elbow outward, rotating your shoulder.
  5. 5Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then release.
  6. 6Repeat on the other side.
