How to do the Elbow-Out Rotator Stretch
- 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Extend one arm out in front of you.
- 3Bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle so your forearm is parallel to the ground.
- 4Use your opposite hand to gently push your elbow outward, rotating your shoulder.
- 5Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then release.
- 6Repeat on the other side.
