How to do the Dumbbell Standing Lateral Raise
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- 2Keep your back straight and engage your core.
- 3Raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the ground, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- 4Pause for a moment at the top of the movement.
- 5Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
