How to do the Dumbbell Standing Alternate Raise
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Keep your arms straight and raise one dumbbell to shoulder height while keeping the other arm down.
- 3Lower the raised dumbbell back to the starting position.
- 4Simultaneously raise the other dumbbell to shoulder height.
- 5Continue alternating between arms.
