How to do the Dumbbell Seated One-Arm Front Raise
- 1Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- 2Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your arm extended down by your side.
- 3Keep your back straight and engage your core.
- 4Raise the dumbbell in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your arm straight.
- 5Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
