How to do the Dumbbell Rear Lunge Front Raise
- 1Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Step backward with one leg into a lunge position, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3As you lunge, raise the dumbbells in front of you to shoulder height.
- 4Return to the starting position by pushing through the heel of the front foot and lowering the dumbbells.
- 5Repeat on the other leg.
