How to do the Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly (45 Degrees)
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight, until your torso is at a 45-degree angle.
- 3Let your arms hang down with a slight bend in your elbows.
- 4Raise the dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the ground.
- 5Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- 6Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
