How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Neutral Grip Front Raise
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip.
- 2Keep your core engaged and your back straight.
- 3Raise the dumbbell in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your arm straight.
- 4Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- 5Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
