How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Lunge
- 1Stand upright holding a dumbbell in one hand at shoulder height.
- 2Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee is just above the ground.
- 4Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- 5Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms and legs.
