How to do the Dumbbell Ipsilateral Split Squat
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- 2Step forward with one leg into a split stance.
- 3Lower your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
- 4Keep your torso upright and the dumbbell close to your body.
- 5Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
