How to do the Barbell Front Rack Lunge

  1. 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell in the front rack position.
  2. 2Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
  3. 3Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee is just above the ground.
  4. 4Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat with the other leg.
