How to do the Band Bulgarian Squat
- 1Place a flat bench behind you.
- 2Loop a resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees.
- 3Stand a few feet in front of the bench and place one foot on the bench behind you.
- 4Lower your hips toward the floor by bending your front knee and keeping your back leg elevated on the bench.
- 5Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
