How to do the Band Adduction Split Squat

  1. 1Place a resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees.
  2. 2Stand in a split stance with one foot forward and the other foot back, with the back foot elevated on a flat bench.
  3. 3Lower your body into a squat position, keeping your front knee aligned with your toes.
  4. 4Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
