How to do the Pull-up (w/ Bent Knee Between Chairs)

  1. 1Place two chairs parallel to each other and position a bar across the top of the chairs.
  2. 2Sit between the chairs with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  3. 3Grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
