How to do the Dumbbell Deadlift Bent-over Row

  1. 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. 2Bend at the hips and knees to lower the dumbbells to the ground, keeping your back straight.
  3. 3Lift the dumbbells by extending your hips and knees, returning to a standing position.
  4. 4Bend over at the hips while keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  5. 5Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. 6Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat.
