How to do the Chin-up (Isometric and Negative)

  2. 2Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  3. 3Hold the position at the top for a few seconds (isometric hold).
  4. 4Slowly lower yourself down in a controlled manner (negative phase).
  5. 5Repeat the process.
