How to do the Bodyweight Standing One-Arm Row

  1. 1Stand facing a stable horizontal bar or similar structure.
  2. 2Grip the bar with one hand, keeping your arm extended.
  3. 3Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and feet firmly planted.
  4. 4Pull your body towards the bar by bending your elbow and contracting your back muscles.
  5. 5Slowly return to the starting position, extending your arm fully.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
