How to do the Band Standing One-Arm Row

  1. 1Anchor the resistance band at a low point.
  2. 2Stand facing the anchor point with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3Grasp the band handle with one hand, palm facing inward.
  4. 4Step back to create tension in the band.
  5. 5Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping your elbow close to your body.
  6. 6Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  7. 7Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
