How to do the Kettlebell Swing to Goblet Squat

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell with both hands.
  2. 2Perform a kettlebell swing by hinging at the hips, swinging the kettlebell between your legs, and then thrusting your hips forward to swing the kettlebell up to chest height.
  3. 3As the kettlebell reaches chest height, catch it in a goblet squat position with both hands holding the kettlebell close to your chest.
  4. 4Immediately lower into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
  5. 5Stand back up from the squat position and transition back into the kettlebell swing.
